Adding Instagram, WhatsApp and Website Links to Your QR Menu

A QR menu is more than a price list; it's the one digital touchpoint you have with the guest at the table. That's why your Instagram, WhatsApp, Google review page and website should all be a single tap away.
Where are the fields?
In the dashboard, go to QR Menu → Menu settings → Business and find the "Social media and website" section. The following fields are supported:
- Website
- Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube
- WhatsApp (a full URL or just a phone number; if you enter a number, the system generates the
wa.melink for you) - Tripadvisor and Google (review page)
Where do they appear on the menu?
- Header: round icons right below your logo and business name.
- Business card: next to your address, phone number and opening hours.
- Side drawer: at the bottom of the hamburger menu.
Any field you leave empty is hidden everywhere; only the links you fill in are shown.
Security and validation
On save, the system checks that every link starts with http(s)://. If you type one without a protocol (instagram.com/cafe), it's completed automatically; if you enter something invalid, the save is rejected.
Measure the clicks
Every tap on a social link is counted under "Social clicks" in the Analytics tab, so you can see how many people went through each channel, from which device and at what time of day. No personal data is collected.
Quick tips
- Enter your WhatsApp number with the country code (
+90…). - Copy your Google review link from the "Ask for reviews" link in your Google Business Profile; guests land directly on the rating screen.
- If you also use a LinkSpot biolink for your Instagram bio link, the two products connect: from the menu to your profile and from your profile back to the menu.
