Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the link-in-bio pages, QR codes, short links and analytics (the "Service") provided by Linkspot.bio ("Linkspot") at linkspot.bio. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18 you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Usernames are allocated on a first-come basis. We may reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks, impersonate others or belong to long-inactive accounts.

2. Plans, fees and cancellation

  • The Service is offered in free and paid plans. Plan scope, limits (pages, blocks, custom domains, QR codes, etc.) and prices are published on the Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly / yearly) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel renewal from your account panel before the period ends; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Withdrawal right: consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase provided performance of the digital service has not begun. Using plan features counts as the start of performance. Other payments are non-refundable, except that we refund pro rata for outages attributable to us.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
  • Taxes (VAT etc.) are shown and charged separately where not included.

3. Your content

  • You own everything you add to your page ("Content"). You grant Linkspot a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence solely to operate the Service (hosting, caching, resizing, public display, generating preview images). The licence ends when you delete the Content or close your account (backups are purged within a reasonable period).
  • You represent that you hold all necessary rights in your Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
  • For visitor data you collect through forms, subscription and poll blocks you are the data controller and must comply with applicable data protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • publish or link to content that is unlawful, fraudulent, phishing, malware, harassing, hateful, glorifies violence or exploits children;
  • promote regulated or illegal activities such as unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, controlled substances or weapons;
  • impersonate any person, brand or organisation, or use misleading link text;
  • publish adult content without marking the page as sensitive;
  • overload the Service with automation, scraping or excessive requests, or attempt to bypass security measures;
  • send unsolicited bulk email or harvest third-party data without permission.

We may remove content, unpublish pages, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Visitors can flag any page via the Report link; reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours.

5. Custom domains and subdomains

Where your plan allows, you may connect your own domain. You are the registrant and remain responsible for DNS. Linkspot provisions TLS certificates automatically; domain registration and renewal are not Linkspot's responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, templates, themes and brand belong to Linkspot or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy or create derivative works of the Service. By publishing a template to the marketplace you grant other users a licence to use it on their own pages.

7. Third-party services

Third-party content you embed (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Calendly, etc.) and payment providers are subject to their own terms. Linkspot is not responsible for their availability or content.

8. Service level and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible and may improve, change or (with reasonable notice) retire features. Free-plan pages may display Linkspot branding.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or excludes non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Linkspot against claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising from your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, prolonged non-payment or legal necessity. After termination your public pages go offline and your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. You can export your content from the panel before closing your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence; mandatory consumer protections of EU residents' home countries are unaffected.

13. General

If any provision is held invalid the remainder stays in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms with prior notice; continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
