What is Linkspot.bio?
A link-in-bio platform that gathers all your links, content and products on one customisable page you add as the single address in your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one biolink page with the essential blocks and needs no credit card. Upgrade whenever you outgrow it.
How many pages can I create?
One biolink on Free; more biolinks and sub-pages on Starter, Pro and Business. Current limits are on the Pricing page.
How fast does my page go live?
Instantly. The moment you click Publish in the editor your page is live, with server-rendered HTML for search engines and share bots.
Do you have a mobile app?
Linkspot runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen (PWA). The editor is designed for phone screens, so no separate app is needed.
Which languages do you support?
The interface is available in Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic, chosen automatically from the visitor's browser language.

Which blocks can I add?
Link, heading, text, group, YouTube / video, Spotify / podcast, gallery, Instagram grid, map, form, subscribe, poll, FAQ, comments, booking, event, countdown, product, digital download, tip jar, promo code, WhatsApp, Telegram, live chat, vCard and more.
Can I change how my page looks?
Yes. Pick from 15 ready themes and 85+ color palettes, or use Create your own to set background, button style, font, corner radius and animations individually.
Can I show links only on certain dates?
Yes. Give any block a start and end date; campaign links appear on time and disappear automatically.
Can I protect my page with a password?
Yes. Under Settings → Privacy you can password-protect the whole page or lock a single link behind a password, a subscription or a purchase.
Can I remove the Linkspot logo from my page?
A small Linkspot badge shows on the Free plan. Starter and above can turn it off.
Can I create sub-pages?
On Pro and above a biolink can have several pages (for example
/menu, /about), each with its own blocks and SEO settings.Domains & SEO
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and above. Add the domain under Editor → Settings → Publishing address, create a CNAME record at your provider, and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.
Can I use a subdomain (name.linkspot.bio)?
Yes, if your plan includes subdomains just choose Subdomain as the publishing mode. The old address redirects to the new one.
Will my page appear on Google?
Yes. Set title, description and share image in the SEO tab; the page is server-rendered and added to the sitemap automatically. You can turn off "Show in search engines" if you prefer.
Why does the link preview look outdated when I share?
Social platforms cache previews. After a change, refresh the cache with Facebook Sharing Debugger or X Card Validator; it also updates by itself within a few hours.
Analytics
Which statistics can I see?
Views, unique visitors, clicks, click-through rate, device, country, traffic source, hour heatmap and top links. Pro adds CSV export and a live visitor stream.
Do you store my visitors' personal data?
No. IP addresses are not stored; only country-level location and device class are kept. Unique visitors are counted with an anonymous daily-rotating hash.
Can I add Meta Pixel or Google Analytics?
Yes. Enter your pixel IDs under Editor → Settings → Integrations; scripts load only after the visitor gives cookie consent.
Plans & billing
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card (via iyzico, Stripe or PayTR), Google Pay and bank transfer. Card details never reach our servers.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Dashboard → My plan → Cancel renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period and then returns to Free; nothing is deleted.
What is your refund policy?
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase if plan features have not been used. Outages attributable to us are refunded pro rata. Details in the Terms of Service.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in the Coupon code field at checkout and click Apply; the discount shows in the total immediately.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice for every payment is under Dashboard → Invoices. For company invoices fill in the company name and tax ID in your invoice profile.
When does an upgrade take effect?
As soon as the payment is confirmed. No need to sign in again; new limits and features unlock instantly.
Account & security
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes. Enable 2FA under Profile → Security with Google Authenticator or a similar app, and download your backup codes.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Download all account data as JSON from Profile → My data; you can also export / import a single page as JSON from the editor.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → My data → Delete account. Your pages go offline immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Invoice records are kept for the statutory period.
How do I report an inappropriate page?
Use the Report link at the bottom of any page or fill in the report form. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
Is there an API?
Yes, on Pro and above create keys under Profile → API keys. All endpoints are documented in the API documentation.
QR menu
What is a QR menu and how does it work?
You move your restaurant, café or hotel menu to a digital page; guests scan the QR code printed on tables and the menu opens on their phone. Categories, items, prices, allergen labels and photos update instantly from the editor.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the browser; iOS and Android camera apps read QR codes natively.
Can I show my menu in several languages?
Yes. Add translations for categories and items in the editor; visitors pick a language on the menu page. Currency is set in the menu settings.
Do I need to reprint the QR code when I change a price?
No. The code redirects to a fixed address; change the menu as often as you like and printed codes keep working.
Can I publish the menu on my own domain?
Yes. In the Publish panel choose a ready-made domain or connect your own with a DNS record. SSL is issued automatically.
QR codes
What is the difference between dynamic and static QR codes?
A static code has the destination written into the pattern and cannot change. Linkspot codes are dynamic: the pattern holds a short address, you change the destination from the panel at any time and scans are counted.
Which content types can I turn into a QR code?
Link (URL), PDF, image, audio file, generic file (DOC, ZIP, etc.) and vCard contact card.
Can I customise how the QR code looks?
Yes. Colours, dot and corner styles, a centre logo, a caption and the error-correction level are set in the editor; download as PNG, SVG, JPEG or WEBP.
Can I see scans?
Yes. Total and unique scans, a daily chart and a country/device breakdown are shown in the statistics panel of each code.
Will my QR code stop working?
Not unless you deactivate or delete it. The free plan limits how many codes you can create; the limits are listed on the pricing page.
