A QR menu lets a guest scan the code on the table and see your current menu. No reprinting: change a price and everyone sees the new one immediately.
1. Create the menu
Open QR Menu in your dashboard and choose New menu. Type your business name — the address is generated for you (e.g. /m/coffee-shop).
2. Add categories
Set up categories first: Hot Drinks, Desserts, Mains… You can pick an icon for each so guests can tell them apart at a glance.
3. Add items
Use Add item inside a category. Price is required; image, description, allergens and labels (vegan, spicy, gluten-free) are optional but very useful for guests.
4. Publish
Press Publish. The menu address is now public. Use the QR button in the menu list to download the code and print it for your tables.
Until you publish, nobody can see the address — you can work on a draft safely.
