The biggest problem with a printed menu is that every price change means a reprint. On a QR menu the change is live immediately.
Changing a price
Click the pencil next to the item, update the Price field and save. The next time a guest opens the menu they see the new price.
Showing a discount
Fill in Old price and the menu shows it struck through, so guests notice the deal.
Sold out items
Just press the eye icon on the item row — it disappears from the menu instantly, no need to delete it. Press again to bring it back. This is the most frequent action during service, so it works in one click without opening a form.
Allergens and labels
Write allergens separated by commas (milk, nuts, gluten). They appear as a warning under the item. Labels (vegan, spicy, gluten-free) show as coloured badges and guests can search by them too.
