Profile photos, block images, galleries and file blocks are all uploaded from the editor. The allowed formats and size are shown next to every upload control.
Default limits
- Profile photo: JPG, PNG, WEBP · up to 4 MB
- Block image / gallery: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP · up to 8 MB
- Share image (OG): JPG, PNG, WEBP · up to 5 MB
- Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A · up to 25 MB
- File / PDF: PDF, DOC(X), XLS(X), ZIP, TXT · up to 20 MB
These values can differ per installation; the limit that applies is always shown beside the upload control.
Tips
- Upload a square profile photo of at least 400×400 pixels so the round crop does not cut anything off.
- 1200×630 pixels is ideal for the share image — WhatsApp and X previews look right at that ratio.
- Shrink large photos before uploading; page speed directly affects how many visitors stay.
- Uploads are stored in dated folders and served directly on your published page.
- If an upload is rejected, check the file extension first, then the size.
